Paulo De' Carli , an entrepreneur and graduate in Business Administration from Northwood University (Michigan, United States) , is the founder of EON Emerald and CEO of the Dessana Group , a business group operating in the mining, infrastructure, heavy construction, agribusiness, port logistics, and renewable energy sectors. With a career marked by the development of major projects and extensive experience in the Brazilian Amazon and in countries such as Guyana, Peru, and Panama, he conceived EON Emerald with the mission of preserving, valuing, and presenting to the world the largest emerald ever discovered. As Chairman of the Board, he leads the organization's strategy and institutional development, promoting a vision that transcends the value of a precious gem. Under his leadership, EON Emerald connects geological heritage, science, culture, and innovation, transforming one of the planet's most extraordinary natural treasures into a legacy for future generations.

A gemstone specialist, he has an entrepreneurial background in Campo Formoso (Serra da Carnaíba — the extraction site of the EON EMERALD), in the state of Bahia, Brazil.
